Often the way we use our resources is a good indicator of what we value and of what we are living for. If you want to know what you actually think your real purpose is, consider where your time and money are going and for what reason.

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal” (Matthew 6:19).

Reassess how you use your God-given resources, which by the way, includes everything you have. Is it mostly to advance the kingdom of God in some way or to add comfort to your life? For his glory or yours? What might God want you to do differently?
